Through in-depth interviews with a selection of zine publishers, distro people and zine librarians, this issue explores various changes in the zine scenes of Great Britain, Australia, New Zealand and the US. Recurrent themes are challenges and opportunities for printed matter in a digital world, how zines may or may not be affected by changing media habits, and furthermore how local zine scenes respond to recent movements such as BLM, Extinction Rebellion and #MeToo.
