‘Deltaking & involvering’ explores participation in urban planning processes and in arts and culture. What kind of possibilities are there for citizens to have an active role in urban development, and to facilitate participation where not all premises are made in advance. Curator Nora Sternfeld is quoted with «Participation is not simply about joining in the game, it is also about having the possibility to question the rules of the game».
